As mentioned above, the Leben is well located in Minami, within easy walking distance of all the sights in Shinsaibashi, Dotombori and Namba, but just far enough from the busy areas to be pleasantly peaceful. So, for location, we give the Leben high marks.

The hotel itself is a classic upper midrange hotel with good rooms, helpful staff and pleasant common areas. It’s not over-the-top boutique, but simply a pleasing and comfortable place that you’ll be happy to return to each evening. In a word, our kind of place.
